Inventory Auditor & METRC Administrator Job Opening in Medford, Oregon - Our Oregon based growing and processing facility is seeking an organized and motivated professional, seeking to innovate with a flourishing company. This position will be responsible and focused on process, procedure, and systems to ensure accurate and timely raw materials and work-in-progress product inventory audit and controls. The Inventory Auditor/ METRC Administrator will implement the raw material tracking system as well as schedule and coordinate the audit schedule across functions. This role will perform internal audits of process standards and controls. The Inventory Auditor/ METRC Administrator will provide leadership in the development and implementation of inventory process, procedure, and systems. The Inventory Auditor/ METRC Administrator will work closely with accounting, finance, operations, and manufacturing teams to maintain inventory process controls.

Availability: Immediate. Must be willing to relocate to Oregon.
Requirements:
Intermediate Audit, Operational, Intermediate Inventory ? Physical, Intermediate Inventory ? Analysis
5-10 Years of compliance experience
5-10 Years of experience with METRC and BIOTRACK or other regulated industry tracking system, preferably all facets including software functionality, implementing network/ platform, peripherals
5-10 Years of accounting and/or inventory audit control experience in Cannabis manufacturing, productions, or retail a must
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills specifically with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the Oregon Liquor Control Commission
Working current knowledge of the Oregon cannabis industry/ laws
Available to work 50+ hours a week plus 25% travel
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Organizational astuteness, managing processes, process improvement, reporting skills, developing standards
Administrative Writing Skills
Responsibilities & Duties:
Implement, manage, and maintain compliance with the Oregon Liquor Control Commission program for raw materials and work in progress products
Integrate system across functions to ensure reporting consistency
Procurement and maintenance of all peripherals and system requirements
Work with internal SME to ensure all inputs match manufacturing practices
Inventory and compliance reporting
Conduct inventory audits
Coordinate so that necessary testing results incorporated in product tracking system
Work with METRC and other software/ inventory system provider to ensure best practices
Education:
Bachelor?s degree ideal but may be substituted with extensive industry and work-related experience.
Training:
Must stay current and adhere to all policy and regulations of the State of Oregon as well as HIPAA as applicable.
Knowledge:
Experience with METRC system or other regulated tracking system is required
Compensation:
This is a salary position commensurate with experience.
