Accounting Clerk Job Opening in Portland, Oregon - We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk!
General Summary:
Collections: Making collections calls to clients using professionalism and strong negotiation skills to arrive at win-win solutions for both parties.
Accounts Receivable: Invoice, create, maintain and update customer files, take incoming A/R calls and handle sub-contractor paperwork.
The general scope of this position is to work with customers and internal staff to support their needs.
Candidates Must Possess:
Must be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Possess a high degree of interpersonal relationship skills, and demonstrates the capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities.
Self-motivated, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities.
Strong computer skills
A strong sense of urgency and responsiveness to both internal and external customers
