Primary tasks and skills include answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, assembling tax returns, logging in files, and tracking projects through computer system. Overtime and some weekends are required during tax deadlines.
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and perform clerical assignments with minimal direction
Ability to work in multi phone environment, with excellent customer service
Dependable and punctual
Be a professional and courteous point of contact for clients
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
QuickBooks experience a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Familiar with basic accounting principles
Flexibility with work hours during deadlines

Work closely with company principles and office staff
Proficient at data entry-10 key by touch
Website maintenance-IT knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication
Previous office experience is preferred
