POSITION SUMMARY: Primarily responsible for assisting with the clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate, GED, or vocational training education student.
Some experience in personal care recommended
Responsible individual who is motivated and has a strong work ethic.
Works well with others.
Must have own means of transportation

Oversee & Assist with Ambulation

Routine Hair/Skin Care
Dressing
Grooming- Hygiene
Makeup
Transfer/Ambulation
Toileting- Chair and/or Depends
Assist with Bathing or Stand-by Assist
Oral Care- Teeth and/or Dentures.
Follows appropriate dress code: Acceptable attire will consist of professional dress street clothes or scrubs while in the office. Attire for home visits will be scrubs or professional dress pants with issued collared CPCS official polo. No leggings or sweats are allowed. Nametags must be worn at all times. All tattoos and body piercings (except ear lobe) must be covered. No sloppy tee shirts may be worn at anytime.
