About the Opportunity:
EMSI is seeking an enthusiastic and assertive team player to join the Clinical Services Group of the Healthcare Services Division. The key purpose of this position is to The key purpose of this position is to properly import patient files for each clinical study based off of lab PSC preference.
Responsibilities:
The Clinical Import Coordinator is responsible for the importation of patient files into the system (S2). The import coordinator will work closely with the HCP office (Health Care Provider) and LASH group to ensure all patient files are correct, accurate and without missing information.
Experience:
Customer Service experience preferred
Call center experience preferred but not required
Experience with Microsoft Office in a business environment
Preferred Skills:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Excel (Min. Intermediate level)
Strong organizational skills in managing multiple events at once
Ability to be flexible to rapid changes in a fast paced work environment
Must be detail oriented and able to work with a high volume of documents in a fast-paced environment. Technical aptitude with databases and internet search
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Education
Associates degree or equivalent preferred but not required
