NetSuite Administrator & Developer Job Opening in Austin, Texas - Experience as a NetSuite developer or DBA required. The NetSuite is responsible for providing efficient, effective and reliable experience to ATP users and in support of ATP business processes. The NetSuite will focus on Administration and Development of NetSuite based systems and reports. This includes sales support/Netsuite CRM, Suite Commerce Advance, the publishing operations support systems and various other spot applications. This developer job can be located in our either Brisbane, CA or Austin, TX office as we are flexible.
Specific duties for this position fall in 2 major categories: 1) Report creation and end-user data support and 2) Javascript/SCA development. In the report creation and end-user data support category, this position gathers business needs and ensures automate reports exist to fill information requirements within the company. In the SCA/Application development category, this position develops or modifies applications and scripts that facilitate integration of functions and data between applications including the online store and workflow within Netsuite. Additionally, this position creates and maintains a wide-variety of reports from the full range of applications in use across the business.
This position is expected to be pro-active, collaborative and innovative in improving the performance of applications within the business.
CRITICAL TASKS:
Collaborate with business users and others within the sales and technology departments using Netsuite to create innovative solutions for new business applications or enhancements to existing business applications.
Develop and maintain Netsuite scripts that facilitate integration of functions and data between applications.
Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up to resolve complex application and data problems
Develop and support reports and reporting
Coordinate deployment of developed applications and participate in the training of users.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 Years experience as a NetSuite developer or DBA required
Strong system-analyst knowledge of accounting, sales and content publishing business processes a plus.
Experience and demonstrable working knowledge of developing custom applications and user interface in SuiteScript/Suite Commerce Advance a plus.
Working knowledge of various developer tools (Rapid SQL, DBArtisan, Toad, JIRA, GIT) a plus
