Network Engineer Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - Network Engineer technology is looking for a systems engineer for an upcoming contract to full time opportunity with a growing las vegas company. our client has a dynamic 24x7 enterprise level environment. will be working in our clients on premise data center. the primary responsibilities will be: * working off an incident ticketing system for all requests and provide proper documentation * responsible for setup, installation and configuration or windows, exchange and sql servers * plan and implement it projects using itsm/itil methodologies * analyze systems to meet pci compliance * implement and support san/nas infrastructure * implement and support vmware esxi 6.x * design and implement backup servers and disaster recovery plans * migrate exchange to o365 and administer o365 * install, and administer windows server 2012 2016 * administer active directory (moves, adds, changes, group policy, etc..) * manage inventory assets * vendor management of hardware and software licensing * system monitoring and reporting for performance tuning * troubleshoot complex issues and create detailed documentation * work with other engineers, it support personnel and management for efficient incident resolution this is a w2 only opportunity. we will not consider any third party candidates. this is a w2 only opportunity. we will not consider any third party candidates. requirements: systems engineer must have at least three or more years of it experience. systems engineer must have the following: * san/nas experience * vmware/vsphere with thin/zero client technology * installing and administering sharepoint * migration of windows servers and migration of exchange servers to o365 * in depth knowledge of o365 * in depth knowledge of windows 7, 8 10 * in depth knowledge of sql server * phenomenal written and oral communication skills * ability to work with a team or lead a team in a professional manner to stay on budget or meet deadlines. qualified candidates who are interested, please submit resumes to tabitha at
