Registration Specialist Job Opening in Springdale, Arkansas - High School diploma or GED required. Prefer one to two years of experience in a healthcare setting and experience with medical scheduling software as well as knowledge of insurance benefits. Experience with Microsoft Office is required. The ability to multitask, adapt to a changing work environment in a very busy office setting is required. Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the public, data entry and appointment scheduling. This position will ensure the efficient and effective implementation of Ozark Guidance?s intake of all new and returning clients in conformance with all internal Ozark Guidance policies and procedures and CARF accreditation standards. This position is Full time; Monday-Friday; 8 am to 5 pm with some early evenings possible. No Phone Calls Please.
