System Configuration Analyst Job Opening in Little Rock, Arkansas - Description :
Troodon Group is a growing company searching for full-time System Configuration Analyst in the Little Rock, AR area to assist with groups conducting large-scale employee benefit enrollments. The purpose of this position is to partner with the Implementation project manager in the on-boarding process for outsourced clients by working with the Broker, Employer Group, Sales Team to gather information about the client's current Benefit processes, to effectively configure the Benefits Administration portal. In addition, they will Provide support to the employer group and data team as needed to facilitate electronic transfer of eligibility and payroll information. Work with Implementation Project Manager to for transitioning the employer group to the Customer Support Team and/or account management for ongoing service. Ensure accountability for the success of assigned projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze and digest business and technical requirements as provided by multiple sources
Analyze and develop mapping and translations between the data elements in client, carrier and payroll systems, interfacing with Several Benefit Admin platforms
Gather all required supporting documentation from employer group or broker pertaining to on-boarding
Applies consistent tools and testing standards to all assigned tasks in order to consistently produce error-free results in a timely manner.
Manage towards test plans with clients and carriers, testing the data exchange process end-to-end
Build import files from various data sources and execute the data import process end-to-end
In partnership with the Implementation Project Manager, support the flow/timeline of the implementation to the established deadlines and escalate when necessary
Participate in employer group and/or broker meetings to review functionality issues or participate in roll out discussions
In partnership with Implementation Project Manager, provide system training to the broker and employer group's key Administrative Staff
Import initial Data
Support the EDI Team on managing the implementation of all electronic interfaces requested by the employer group.
Resolve employer group data discrepancies and validation report errors
In partnership with the Project Manager, support the handoff process from Impl. to Service/Account Management to ensure employer group satisfaction and continuity
Retain accountability for successful implementation projects
Required Skills/ Abilities:
Benefits, HR, or Healthcare industry experience a plus
Project management experience
High level of competency and experience with Microsoft Excel
Expertise with Excel; experience with Access, XML, JavaScript, ETL and text files a significant plus
Solid technical aptitude
Excellent organization and prioritization skills
Ability to be an effective team member/leader
Must be able to work outside of normal work hours
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills and a high level of customer service orientation
A confident, positive self-starter who achieves high performance standards coupled with a willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks and projects
Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
Ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the client and as part of a team to accomplish tasks
Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, and escalate to the appropriate level
Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
Excellent analytical and time management skills
