Behavioral Intervention Specialist Job Opening in Springdale, Arkansas - Ozark Guidance is searching for candidates to fill Behavioral Intervention Specialist positions. High School diploma or GED required. This position also requires one of the following: 1) Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related field OR 2) Two years of direct client care experience with children and/or adults in a mental health setting. We have Behavioral Intervention Specialist positions working with several populations in the Northwest Arkansas (Berryville, Bentonville, Huntsville, Fayetteville, Siloam Springs and Springdale) area to include: School Based, Therapeutic Day Treatment, office based for children and adults. Candidate should have good computer skills, good leadership skills, the ability to organize and prioritize, and be patient, consistent, and flexible, and must be able to work in a team setting and work independently.
