Responsibilities
Follow up on existing leads and develop new ones , schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services primarily for commercial lines and some personal lines insurance.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service that includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages and quoting.
Work with the agency owner to establish and meet marketing goals.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Make 30-50 contacts daily to develop new business or round out existing client accounts.

Requirements
Property and Casualty Insurance License
Outside or inside sales experience
Willingness to obtain Life and Health Insurance license
Use of email, lead tracking software, phone activity, and networking to set up appointments and secure new business
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
