Security Sales Consultant Job Opening in Houston, Texas - Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the highest level of customer experience
Manage company leads while self-generating sales opportunities.
Prospect and close new customer accounts
Develop, plan, and successfully execute corporate and territory strategies to
grow sales in accordance with company procedures and best practices.
Travel within the DFW Metroplex
Manage existing customers
Requirements:
Outside sales experience preferred
Consumer Market Sales Experience Preferred
Extremely organized, highly motivated, and self-starter
Ability to work independently, under pressure and offer strong collaboration and leadership skills within team settings
Knowledge around Security/Alarm Systems (preferred)
Ability to multitask
Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Ability to balance the needs of the customer while maintaining companyobjectives
Ability to manage and develop strong relationships across multipledepartments while focusing on teamwork
Compensation:
Industry leading straight commission compensation plan paying up
to 10x RMR Plus Ramp and bonus. Ability to make well over $100k
