Insurance Sales Agent (Base pay + commission) 78746 Job Opening in Austin, Texas - Job Overview (including but not limited to)
Prospect and develop sales leads to market appropriate insurance products and services, including life, auto, and home insurance
Follow up and build relationships with potential customers
Commit to your metrics, clients, and internal team members
Cross-train with your team members
Assist in miscellaneous duties as required

Required Experience
Sales experience preferred (outside, inside, and telemarketing encouraged to apply)
Must have or be willing to obtain a license to sell insurance in Texas (unlicensed hires will have their license paid for)
Demonstrated track record of meeting quotas and sales metrics preferred
Exceptional communication skills
Self-motivated
Able to perform well within a team environment
Willing to learn the insurance industry and cross-train with other departments as required
