Location: Wyandotte, OK
Summary: The Wyandotte Tribe of Oklahoma is looking for an experienced Gaming Accounting professional to lead the accounting processes for its Gaming Division. This position is a ?hands-on? Controller position responsible for the development and maintenance of multiple property accounting processes, financial reporting, procurement, and control.
Responsibilities:
Develop processes to ensure the processing and recording of financial transactions, including revenue generation, accounts payable, payroll expenses, and procurement.
Develop and prepare financial reports.
Develop and maintain a budgeting system.
Provide sound leadership to the Gaming Division Accounting departments.
Develop and make recommendations to Senior Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting or related field is required. Master?s degree or MBA preferred.
Must have experience in the Gaming/Casino industry.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
CPA or CMA certification a plus.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills including tact and diplomacy.
Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Must have experience with Finance/Accounting Reporting Systems.
