Contracts Administrator Job Opening in Sterling, Virginia - Corporate Results Inc. (CRI) is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the Contracts Department. This is a growth opportunity for a dynamic administrative position with focus on support in the contractual arena.
This position requires the ability to support the contracts department with various administrative functions providing exposure and/or introduction to a wide variety of contractual areas.
Responsibilities:
Ability to work effectively in contracts with representatives of client organizations to accomplish intended objectives timely
Interface with Customers, Contracts / Subcontracts Administrators and Finance / Accounting personnel to accomplish assignments
Review and negotiation of various agreements (NDA, Teaming, Consultant, etc.)
Review and negotiation of contract and subcontract awards and modifications
Ensures proper fulfillment of contracts in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications and government regulations
Basic proposal preparation (RFP analysis, narrative development, pricing)
Preparation and/or QA of the financial inputs for Monthly Status Reporting
Participates with Contracts / Subcontracts Administrators and Management in the development of policies and procedures
Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Deltek GCS Premier or CostPoint
Basic Proposal preparation (RFP review, narrative, pricing)
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and support concurrent requirements for multiple internal and external customers and be able to manage time and prioritize workload, and work under firm and quick turnaround deadlines
Required Experience:
Bachelor?s degree is desired
Between two (2) to five (5) years of professional experience in contract administration
Must be customer focused and possess:
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Experience with Government Contracting
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations and DoD FAR Supplement
