Inside Sales Rep - Break Into Medical Sales Job Opening in Allentown, Pennsylvania - Zimmer MedizinSystems is looking for an Inside Sales Rep to sell their state-of-the-art medical equipment to Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and Medical Spas.
New Hire will be reporting into the Allentown, PA location.
This is a unique opportunity for a recent college graduate with 2-5 years of formal work experience, preferably in Inside B2B Sales, to be part of a cutting edge medical device company in Allentown, PA .
Inside Sales Reps who work for ADP, WB Mason, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Duns & Bradstreet are ideal candidates.
Responsibilites:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads & outbound calls and emails
Consistently achieve sales quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives
Educate and inform dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other healthcare providers as to the proper use and maintenance of Zimmer MedizinSystems products.
Manages daily sales call activity according to defined expectations.
Generate sales quotes, document customer calls, and manage product inventory
Effectively and persuasively communicate with customers using effective selling, listening and negotiation skills, proper terminology and approved messaging
Assists the Manager of Sales & Maketing in the marketing, promotion and sales of Zimmer MedizinSystems products
Qualifications:
B.A. or B.S. degree required, college athletics a plus
2-3+ years of B2B sales experience (a formal sales training a plus)
"Hunter" mentality with passion for selling to medical professionals
Must have documentation of annual sales success
Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent oral and written communications skills
Experience in high-volume outbound sales prospecting
Must be able to routinely negotiate price and terms of transactions, and be able to readily solve customer complaints and questions
