Storm Guard is experiencing significant growth in the metro Kansas City area as we expand our market. As a result of this growth, we need an experienced, energetic, motivated, and driven individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives and assist our homeowners with insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections.
BASIC JOB DUTIES:
· Identify and develop client leads
· Achieve sales goals
· Work directly with clients to educate clients of our services
· Negotiate and close the sale
· Create and maintain strong customer / business relationships
· Provide customer service excellence
· Team collaboration
· Create, maintain, monitor and submit sales documents on a timely basis
REQUIREMENTS:
· 2 ? 3 years outside Sales experience with a history of accomplishments
· Proven ability to create and maintain strong customer relationships
