Position Description
To be successful in this role, individuals take incoming calls from business customers. There are no outbound calls, scripts or cold-calling. Being dependable and enthusiastic is required as there are sales goals and targets that need to be achieved. Educating and delivering an excellent customer experience is critical in this role. If you thrive with competition and enjoy building relationships, we will provide the training for your success. If you have a high school diploma/GED, are proficient using computers, and have some customer service or sales experience, we want to talk to you.
