Personal Assistant Job Opening in Andover, Massachusetts - Our Client is looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant for their Andover location. This is a one year contract position with the possibility of extension.

Job Description:
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for a wide variety of administrative services to support office staff. Some other responsibilities include:
Organize and maintain filing systems and records, prepare accurate reports summaries and tabulations from such data.
Maintain directories and manuals, set up and maintain tickler/action filing system and archive administrative work stored in desktop PC.
Conduct subject research as necessary to complete special projects and report assignments.
Review outgoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency and conformance with supervisor?s procedures; assures that proper approvals have been obtained when needed.
Perform administrative duties as necessary including typing dictation, computer generated presentations etc.
Respond to routine telephone requests which have standard answers; refers calls and visitors to appropriate staff.
Arrange for visitor access to building and greet visitors for tours of facility
Arrange travel for department. Prepare and process necessary paper work/forms and route for proper approval.
Requirements:
High School diploma plus some post-secondary education or equivalent.
Must have excellent communications skills and be able to interface with managers in all departments and levels.
Requires the ability to work independently in carrying out assignments to completion. Personable Energetic Responsive Confident and Honest.
Excellent PC applications skills to include proficiency in various software such as spreadsheets databases and word-processing. (Preferably MS Word Excel MS Outlook Internet Explorer etc.)
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 /hour
