Healthcare Media Specialist

Job Description:
Healthcare Media Specialists meet weekly, monthly and annual sales goals and are an integral part of our Patient Guides.

S/he will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting (cold calling) to new customer acquisition. S/He will become a subject matter expert in PatientPoint Solutions and the healthcare field.

The successful candidate possesses excellent verbal communication skills including well spoken, clear voice, high volume, good use of tone, and a strong ability to build rapport via telephone.

Associate Healthcare Media Specialist Key responsibilities include:

Represent PatientPoint Hospital Solutions in a positive and professional manner

Demonstrate knowledge of PatientPoint Hospital Solution products

Conducts Contract Administration requests including adds, deletes, and changes accurately

Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports for Business Managers

Record sales activity in

Conduct Post Sale Follow Up (call customer to ensure welcome letter & contract start date are correct) and collaborates well with service delivery

Conduct ongoing customer needs, analysis, and research of customer requirements through first party resources

Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items

Conduct regular customer review calls as per customer review procedure and follow up as necessary

Perform phone calls to make New and Renewal Sales Goals

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 0-2 years of business to business sales experience, demonstrating a professional approach.

Focused and results oriented: ability to complete target volume & quality of calls daily, both outbound and inbound.

Ability to make effective ?cold? calls and adapt approach to overcome typical challenges (gaining decision maker, handling objections or indecisive clients)

Ability to sell & close sales over the phone.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for clear and professional written communication

Improvement oriented: makes suggestions of untapped & potential clients.

Eager to learn and can adapt/be creative in approach to meet different client needs and close the sale

Demonstrate confidence, motivation, and has professional demeanor.

Strong desire to work in a base plus commission sales capacity with unlimited earnings.
