This person will be responsible for developing and supporting software for McCraw Corp and client use, including Optigistics projects, internal use (for example, backup scripting and SDD) software and extension and support of applications used by McCraw Corp (ex. Labtech, Connectwise).

Education / Previous Experience:
1-6 year(s) in Software Development
Strong network design and implementation knowledge would be advantageous
Previous experience in IT Automation would be advantageous
Previous experience with C/C++/C#
Bachelor?s Degree in Computer or Business field is preferred
Required Skills/ Knowledge
Web Services experience
/C# using Visual Studio 2010 and up
Java development
UI development using WinForms and WPF
SQL using MySQL and MS SQL database engines
Knowledge of design patterns would be advantageous
Knowledge of would be advantageous
Reviewing code and sharing knowledge with other developers
Monitoring processes and best practices for potential improvements
Willingness to develop professionally
Strong ability to work with a team
Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously

Work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm. Occasionally, special circumstances may require after-hours or weekend/holiday work. Developers will be responsible for submitting completed work orders on a daily basis.
Salary will depend on education, experience and certifications. Paid vacation time increases with length of employment (minimum 2 weeks). Start date is immediate.
