Office Manager / Bookkeeper Job Opening in Agoura Hills, California - Hi ! We're seeking an office manager with bookkeeping experience.
Front Runner, an outdoor lifestyle brand and online store, is looking for an energetic, detail oriented team player to assist with accounting and general office admin at our Agoura HIlls location.
Duties include (but not limited to):
Office management
Office organization
Bookkeeping
Scanning & filing
Answering phones
Running office errands
Running occasional errands for the company owners
Qualifications:
Experience in all phases of accounting including GL entries, AP, AR, payroll, bank and credit card reconciliation
Excellent organizational skills
Accuracy
Ability to multi-task in a busy and fun office
Required Experience:
Bookkeeping 3-5 years
Driver?s license
Experience with Sage is not required but a plus
Salary and benefits negotiable based on experience.
