Assistant Bookkeeper Job Opening in Desert Hot Springs, California - This position is for a bookkeeper person for a consulting business that consults to the cannabis industry, this position will report to the Accounting Director. Responsibilities include: Heavy emphasis on creating and managing invoices for customers
Verify and track payments from customers & input into company accounts
Ensure that vendor invoices are paid on time
Monitor and audit account activity within the company
Track and pay for large company expenses including utility bills and equipment purchases
Assist in inventory management
Requirements: A four-year degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
Experience in start-ups preferred. Background and reference checks are done
