Bookkeeper /accountant-controller Job Opening in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - Local architect company is looking for a Controller- Manager

5-15 years of experience
Fulltime position with salary commensurate with education and experience
Excellent benefits, 401K and healthcare package
Ajera accounting system experience preferred; similar (accounting software i.e.: Deltek ) experience required
AR/AP and General Ledger responsibility, invoicing, purchasing and sales tax remittance
Assist with monitoring cash flow, making financial decisions, advising owners regarding financial matters; work with outside CPA regarding financial management and tax planning strategies
Manage copiers, filing and office organization
Preparing payroll for outside administration
HR paperwork, files, and employee benefits admin
