TeleniX has just been awarded a contract that supports military joint training exercises.
The work involves modeling and simulation that generates artificial messages and communications for training missions. This cleared position plays a key role on the team and is fully funded. TeleniX is ready to bring people on board ASAP.
You will be part of a 10-person team that works in an agile scrum environment. We will be leveraging cloud technologies to support our development and are looking for experienced Java developers to play a significant role in the design, delivery and enhancement of the applications. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the WarFighter and add marketable skills to your ?toolset?.
This position requires a TS/SCI FS Poly.
Requirements
TS/SCI FS Poly
BS/BA in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar discipline
7 years of Java development experience
Required Skills
Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and jQuery
Strong understanding of data structures
Experience designing and developing reusable libraries and APIs
Experience creating applications leveraging relational database systems (e.g. Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
Desired Skills
Experience with one or more cloud technologies (Amazon Web Services, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Experience developing in an agile development environment
