We are hiring an Accounting Clerk to effectively provide accounting support to the Finance Director. The Accounting Clerk will (not limited to):
Perform accounting and clerical functions
Research, track, and resolve accounting problems
Compile and sort invoices and checks - Arrange outbound mail and bank deliveries
Record and process charges and refunds
Accounts payable duties
Qualifications:
Minimum four years of related experience
Minimum two years of college level course-work (or Associate?s degree)
Working knowledge of Intuit QuickBooks Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, professional presence, and ability to interact with a diverse audience
Must have strong work ethic and integrity
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree
Five to seven years of related experience
Familiarity with Environments
