Dental Receptionist Job Opening in Joliet, Illinois - We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team. This position is based in our Joliet office. Qualifications for Dental Receptionist include:
1) Exceptional People Skills/Customer Service
2) Knowledge of dental terminology
3) Insurance eligibility and verification experience
4) Insurance billing and management
5) Accounting/ Payment collections
6) Knowledge of dental software, preferably Dentrix
7) Reliable/ Fast Learner
8) Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
9) Bilingual and Spanish speaking preferred.
Preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience in a dental office. Candidates must meet the qualifications in order to be considered for an interview.
