Complete Accounting Functions; A/P & A/R, Payroll, Monthly and Quarterly Taxes, Year End Tax Preparations for Accountant, W2?s & 1099
Human Resources
Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Sales department.
Customer Service, including handling multi-line phone console.
Job Requirements:
MUST HAVE ? Experience with Sage (Peachtree) using Inventory Processes ? DO NOT APPLY IF NO EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in
Proficient in standard MS Office software packages; Outlook, Word and Excel.
Knowledge and understanding of purchasing and inventory control processes.
Ability to work independently and possess good organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills, ability to work with different levels of personnel.
Possess initiative and the ability to multi-task
Positive attitude and willing to take on tasks outside normal capacity
