Audit Manager Job Opening in Louisville, Kentucky - Looking for a unique work environment where you will be truly appreciated, rewarded and recognized for your contributions? Our client is looking for a motivated CPA to lead Healthcare Audit teams located in their Louisville, KY office. Working with a wide range of healthcare clients, you will receive the company support needed to put you on a senior level career path. 5+ years of auditing experience in a public accounting firm required. Experience with leading and/or coaching staff will be a plus. Competitive compensation reviewed annually. Salary range is $75k - $100k based on experience.
Highlighted Duties:
Plan, schedule and lead assurance engagements
Monitor the work paper preparation of team
Prepare financial statements and detailed audit reports
Collect and analyze data
Develop and mentor innovation and collaboration in team members
Lead presentations to audit committees/board of directors
Market the firm through expanding relationship with clients and networking in the community
Highlighted Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA required
5+ years' auditing experience with a public accounting firm
Experience with leading and/or coaching staff
High level of technical competency
Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to travel including overnight stays (up to 50% travel possible, most clients are within a 3 hour drive)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
