Highlighted Duties:
Responsible for billing and collections cycle for designated clients.
Perform complex accounting analysis
Review and monitor rates and fee arrangements for accuracy
Manage invoice documents through final billing process
Collaborate with business service departments regarding new client set-up, billing guidelines, electronic invoice submittals and timely payments
Respond to client inquiries and provide requested information for special billing and collection arrangements
Prepare monthly billing and collections status and forecasting reports
Highlighted Requirements:
2+ years' experience in billing, collections or account management
Law firm or professional services industry experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
Excellent communication skills needed for direct contact with clients and attorneys. This includes tact, diplomacy and effective negotiation capabilities
Continuous improvement mindset required to provide recommendations and solutions for streamlining processes and solving issues
Flexible with occasional overtime and travel.
