Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is rapidly expanding providing massages, facials, and waxing services 7 days a week. We are looking for Spa Sales Associates for our Franklin & Brentwood locations that are friendly, sales oriented and computer proficient. We want someone who is hardworking and ready to learn. We are focused on building relationships with clients and peers and delivering amazing customer service.
Compensation: Hourly AND Bonus Commission
Spa Associate Responsibilities:
Customer service and client retention
Be a team player and work alongside other associates and service providers
Detailed knowledge of the menu of services
Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and services options with clients
Execute the daily operational tasks, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by management.
Uphold spa cleanliness standards
Scheduling appointments and balancing the daily schedule
Spa Associate Qualifications:
Capable of working flexible hours (open availability days, nights and weekends)
A fast learner, with a positive attitude, and remain calm in fast pace environment
Experience with Millennium or other spa software a plus
Verbal and written communication skills
Special consideration given to candidates with prior retail or membership sales experience (Gym, Tanning, Spa or Salon)
Computer proficient (a knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems, a plus.)
A strong team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
