We are seeking a Business Strategy Manager to join our home office team to bring his or her own talents and experiences and make a lasting impact on this rapidly growing business.
The Web Manager will be responsible for planning and managing activities and projects that support the corporate and 35+ location websites. This role will provide leadership and direction in strategy, planning, developing, and maintaining multiple web environments as well as managing the implementation, testing and maintenance of new web-based services. The Web Manager will provide strategic direction and implementation for project management and act as an advisor to location leaders across the country.
Essential Functions

Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple corporate and location specific web sites.
Provide continuing design and maintenance support while optimizing for search engine, digital and social media traffic.
Supervise external resource that designs, develops, and tests programs and information systems.
Manage external resources in ongoing content creation.
Lead all phases of projects including development, design, testing and production.
Monitor web market trends and technology developments to ensure company sites stay current in functionality and performance.
Develop key performance metrics to improve websites? performance and goals. Monitor, reports, dashboards, and processes to provide business insights, web site activity, functionality, user experience and availability on all digital properties.
Report and analyze user trends and recommend changes to Website and Digital Properties to increase traffic, and conversion metrics.
Education, Work Experience Requirements and/or Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent working experience.
4+ years of technical experience working with Web applications and Web design
Expert in Google Analytics Platform.
Knowledge of: Responsive Web design, Web development, graphic design, application programming languages, Web and Mobile technologies, and a variety of software is required.
Outstanding communication and technical skills, the candidate must have a strong knowledge of current web development languages (including HTML5, CSS3, PHP/MySQL, Java, Javascript)
Ability to: Manage large complex multiple projects and teams; effectively negotiate/influence others; communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing; analyze and problem solve a variety of issues; carry out strategic planning. Create and deliver effective presentations to various constituents.
Have a strong understanding of SEO, including keyword research, link building, online PR, site build and social media.
Experienced in Agile software development processes and version control systems.
An understanding of UI/UX principles.
Experienced in wire framing and mapping out user flows.
