Mobile Clinic Manager/ Paramedic Job Opening in Hartford, Connecticut - 20-26$ per hour DOE, plus bonus. No Sundays. No holidays. 12 hour shifts. Advancement available.
Travel is a must! Candidate MUST be able to travel locally, as well as out-of-state as needed.
Full time positions available for an individual dedicated to strong customer service and patient care and the ability to manage a busy mobile medical clinic. Daily responsibilities include operational and clinical oversight of 4-8 staff, inventory supply management, quality assurance and control, scheduling mechanical repairs, and customer relations for major insurance companies within the Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid populations. Paid training is provided.
HealthFair is a mobile health and wellness company that partners with major insurance providers to discover, diagnose, and test for long term chronic diseases such as congestive heart failure, COPD, diabetes, PAD, neuropathy to meet the regulatory HCC, HEDIS, STARS and quality measures.
A variety of point of care testing such as lab, ultrasound, spirometry, ABI and EKG is immediately available to validate old conditions or diagnose new conditions affecting the long term health of our patients. These test are performed under the supervision of the Medical Director and in conjunction with a team of nurses, cardiovascular technologists, and medical assistants.

Experience:
A management background in healthcare field preferred.
2 years of management experience, with direct staff oversight
Quality assurance and quality control experience
Metrics driven mindset
Paramedic background preferred. Must provide accredited National Certification (NREMT) or equivalent to 1000hrs of coursework and state license.
Must be willing to drive the mobile clinic
CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.
Some travel required.
