Rapidly growing medical products and surgical firm needs an energetic financial controller.
Experience required with transaction processing, A/R, invoicing, A/P, account reconciliations, project management and computer application skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Accounting system application software experience including QuickBooks is a significant differentiator for ideal candidate. Responsibilities will include preparing invoices, cash receipt applications, processing accounts payable, journal entries, assisting with the month end closes, expense tracking, account reconciliations and managing client requests and deadlines.
Bachelor's degree from accredited institution in Accounting is required. Candidates should have 5-7 years? experience in a similar position, with good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and interact with operational management and customers is essential.
