Automotive Title Clerk Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - We are looking for a professional and organized Title Clerk to join us in supporting our dealership staff and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brand.
Responsibilities :
Open & accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures
Verify all documents are signed & completed properly
Maintain a high level of customer confidentiality
Process paperwork on a timely basis
Prepare & submit all legal transfer documents to the state department of motor vehicles (DMV)
Prepare tax & title documents
Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses):
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
Automotive Accounting or ADP experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Title experience preferred
Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook)
Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.
Professional appearance and work ethic
Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
Current, valid driver?s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
*All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen
