Located on the third floor of the Henry County Hospital, The Waters of New Castle is a welcoming 66-bed center that features comfortably spacious private and semi-private resident rooms. Our partnership with Henry County Hospital provides a home-like setting with the safety and security and convenience of a hospital.

Certified Nursing Assistant
Must possess, as a minimum, a GED and Certified Nursing Assistant Course (120 hours)
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of this state
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
Must be able to interact in a patient, tact, and cheerful disposition with enthusiasm.
Will direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current state and federal rules and regulations.
Responsibilities
Responsible for providing direct daily care and services to patients according to care plans, standard policies and procedures and state and federal regulations. This position ensures that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times and assists in the safety, comfort and well being of residents.
Assists patients with basic personal care according to procedures and daily assignments.
Assists and/or patients to and from meals and activities.
Provides general support and comfort to residents and assists the activities staff with social activities as needed. The C.N.A. performs other duties as directed.
