Recruiting Assistant Job Opening in Indianapolis, Indiana - The Recruiting Assistant role located in Greenwood, Indiana will be a first point of contact with prospective employees to screen for qualified leads and solicit therapists over the telephone by performing the following duties.
Job Responsibilities Will Include:
Perform high volume outbound calls.
Call prospective therapists in designated market area to qualify leads and communicate positions available.
Provide qualified leads to a Corporate Recruiter.
Inform prospective therapists of current openings.
Enter names, addresses and reactions of therapists contacted info computer database system (ACT).
Document all sources and communication.
Maintain a Lead Generation Report by entering lead and follow-up information on a tracking sheet.
Assist Staffers as requested by contacting prn therapists to find and schedule appropriate coverage for staffing needs.
Other duties as assigned
Required Education, Experience and Knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be self-motivated and have a sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
