Accounting Customer Care Specialist Job Opening in Lewisville, Texas - EZLynx, a growing insurance technology company in Lewisville, TX is looking for a knowledgeable Accounting person to assist customers with system conversions, accounting product questions and issues regarding software setup, hardware, or other technical issues. Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service via telephone, and email. Technical, analytical and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast paced team environment while maintaining a positive attitude are a must!

Essential Duties:
Assist with accounting system product conversions;
Initiate and solve complex technical issues using an incident management system and escalate accordingly;
Field incoming help requests and provide telephone and email support to end users;
Provide effective, efficient customer service in a professional and courteous manner;
Prioritize, respond and follow up on issues where information is readily available or standard exist ;
Collaborate with other members of the Help Desk to analyze and respond to technical problems;
Escalate issues to the proper level/area of support/development when necessary.
Qualifications and Education:
Two years? of customer service experience in a call center setting
Two years' experience working with general accounting concepts (A/P, A/R, reconciliations etc.)
High school diploma required, Associates or Bachelor?s degree in Accounting/Finance strongly preferred
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Office, Word and Excel) and accounting systems
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
A team player with the ability and desire to listen, learn, accept responsibility and cooperate with others to accomplish goals
