Entry Level Accounting Clerk Job Opening in Houston, Texas - Job Description
Sales orders processing (Billing & Fulfilment)
Uphold system and process integrity
Liaise with different business functions within the organisation
Ensure orders are billed accurately
Verification of order authenticity and validity
Generation and issuance of invoice based on order
Ensure orders are billed accurately
Management of access and entitlement for subscriptions based on order
Adhoc projects
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Skills:
Familiar with order processing systems and access and entitlement management systems
Meticulous and detail oriented
Able to multi-task and good organisation skills
Familiar with accounting processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Team player with positive attitude
Customer service oriented
Good communication and coordination skill
Able to work independently
Requirements: CRM experience, Salesforce preferred, billing experience, open to recent grads, college degree preferred but not required.
