Job Description:
Ready to join one of the fastest growing 3PL's in the country? We are looking for a talented, highly competitive Inside Sales Development Professionals to source new sales opportunities for our Overland Park, Kansas office.
We are looking for someone who:
Is driven by success and the opportunity to make money

Has the confidence to make decisions on the fly and solve problems
Thrives in a competitive team environment
1 to 3 years minimum of experience with a third-party logistics (3PL) provider preferred
2 to 4 year College Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing and/or other business related degree preferred (this is not a deal breaker by any means)
What we want our 3PL Inside Sales Specialist to do?
Make warm calls and follow-up communications to existing customers
Use your amazing personality to close deals
Take care of the customers. Call them, email them, quote them, speak with them on a regular basis.
Be a team player and communicate with inside sales team on coverage, service, capacity and margin opportunities
Provide service updates and new solutions to customers via mode change or specialized services (over the road, intermodal, rail, ocean, air, heavy haul)
