Inside Sales & Marketing Specialist Job Opening in Bangor, Maine - Records Management Center (RMC), a leading local provider of information and data management solutions throughout Maine and New England, is seeing applicants for the position of Sales & Marketing Specialist to enhance customer support and help drive new business. This is a full-time position with benefits, based out of our office in Hampden, Maine.
Essential Duties and of Focus:
Inside Sales
Marketing Support
Customer Service
Inbound lead follow-up by phone and email; routing qualified opportunities to sales team
Assist with sales quotes, work orders, contracts and facilitate transactions to closing
Clearly communicate with and qualify customers to clarify requirements, assist with pre-sales paperwork, and help develop future opportunities for growth
Maintain CRM and make suggestions for if needed
Proactively call existing customers to solicit feedback, provide support, and identify opportunities for sales growth or cross-selling
Assist with in-house marketing efforts, such as social media posts, blog entries, website updates, email campaigns, mailers, surveys, etc.
Partner with administrative and sales teams to enhance customer support and assist with the development of new business opportunities
Open to learning and growing with the business, with on-the-job and independent training and self-study
Some travel to help with on-site visits, trade shows, seminars, or for educational opportunities.
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
1-3 Years inside sales and customer service experience
Marketing development and/or creative design experience a plus
Creative, social, and driven to succeed
Demonstrated organization/time management skills
Detail oriented
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Products
Experience with CRM system preferred
Experience with web-based technology and social media platforms preferred
Track record of success against quotas and goals
Focus on productivity and success as a team
