Key Holder/Sales Lead Job Opening in Freeport, Maine - Welcome to Fjallraven! As a key holder, you are an integral part of our team. You are responsible for achieving and exceeding KPIs, staff development and training, achieving excellent customer service, stock room management, and most importantly, sales floor management.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the store consistently achieves or exceeds sales and KPI goals through sales associate training, development, and management
Guarantee consistent high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with Fjallraven?s core values and service standards
Directly responsible for coaching and development of Sales Associates
Responsible for understanding and maintaining the teams level of Product Knowledge
Manage and monitor Loss Prevention
Communicate merchandise opportunities to Visual Merchandiser (ASM or store manager)
Maintain open communication with management team
Execute all requirements concerning OSHA to maintain a safe and compliant working environment for all store Team Members
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Required to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays; overtime may be required
Qualifications:
Minimum: three years of retail sales experience in a focused, customer service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel and footwear) with results driven track record; previously Key Holder experience preferred
Proven ability to exceed sales while meeting/exceeding KPI goals
Demonstrate effective communication
Retain top talent among sales team
Minimum degree requirement: High School Diploma
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
