Sales Administrator Job Opening in Riverside, California - General Responsibility:
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the multi-family and single family sales departments.
Significant Duties:
Specific:
1. Determine if an advertised project fits within our scope of work.
2. Create bid file.
3. Download plans and specifications, print appropriate plans and give them to estimator.
4. Review to determine what material or fixtures are required.
5. Communicate with wholesales and vendors for pricing on required material or fixtures.
6. Send bid invitation to fire stop and insulation companies to accompany each bid 20/20 produces.
General:
Responsible for the maintenance of all files related to the specific job tasks.

Requirements:
Work Experience: One or more years of experience. Some experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Education: None
Skills and abilities: Good typing skills, and ability to communicate clearly and thoroughly.
