Flooring Sales Representative Job Opening in Los Angeles, California - Growing Flooring & Window company looking for an Admin Assistant to perform the following duties:
Create and maintain new construction project files
Contact vendors to place orders via phone and email
create work orders and purchase orders
contact vendors for pricing
Create a "Product Specification Sheet" for each job
Submit monthly billing to contractor
Close out work orders when work is completed
Brake orders down to sizes and quantities from field measure sheets
Reading of blue prints a PLUS
Experience in new construction a plus but not necessary.
Will consider recent college graduates too!!
