Position Summary:
ProcessPro is currently seeking a Client Support Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with clients? nationwide to provide all aspects of ongoing functional software support for our customers? ProcessPro usage. As part of this support, the Client Support Advisor will provide research, problem solving analysis, periodic case updates, and deliver resolutions to our clients.
Essential Job Duties:
Customer Support:
Provide remote software support for all ProcessPro end users
Greet customers warmly and determine problem or reason for call and/or e-mail
Demonstrate adaptability, tact, resourcefulness and proactive communication with clients and co-workers
Perform research to resolve queries
Refer unresolved customer cases to designated departments to further investigation
Training and Projects:
Update customer records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Database and Time Trak systems
Assist Quality Control with software testing
Other:
Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in preferred application
Provide internal training on ProcessPro software as required
Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree in Business or IT related field or the equivalent experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Ability to identify customer needs and meet service standards
Works well in team and individual environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentations skills
Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work
Active listening skills with an ability to ?probe?
Aptitude and eagerness to learn new technology
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous training or technical support experience
Experience using Crystal Reports
Two years? experience with accounting and manufacturing systems and processes
Experience with ERP systems or software application support and/or implementation
