Job duties include but are not limited to: Payroll, Bank Reconciliations, Fixed asset accounting, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements, Budget monitoring and compliance, Responds to inquiries from departments. This position is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Town�s financial records. Municipal Accounting experience is preferred. This position reports to the Town Administrator Requirements: Prefer BA degree in accounting, business administration supplemented by several years of experience in governmental accounting or financial reporting. Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Salary is negotiable.
