Business Manager Job Opening in North Haven, Connecticut - Manager. Benhaven generates $17M in revenue from school districts, DDS, DCF and DSS. We operate two schools; educational consultation and transition services; seven group homes; and provide individual and family supports to children and adults. The Business Manager is a member of the senior management team and reports to the Executive Director. This position is responsible for budget preparation and monitoring; accounting functions; financial reports to state agencies and to the Board of Directors; benefits coordination; compliance with labor and employment regulations; consultation on human relations matters with Program Directors; coordination and oversight of the IT contract; and liaison with funders and regulators. We seek an individual with significant experience with DDS and DSS regulations and financial requirements, non-profit budget and business management responsibilities; and benefits coordination. The selected manager will be skilled at working collaboratively with program directors and effective representing Benhaven?s interests with funding organizations.
