Position: Client Coordinator
Role and Responsibilities
The Client Coordinator is primarily responsible for creating positive and efficient onboarding experiences for new clients and those clients transitioning to new levels of service. The position also supports the accounting and bookkeeping teams by providing training, and research support.
New Client Onboarding:
Develops Service Level Agreements (SLAs), using Nathan Accounting Group templates, to comprehensively reflect the unique services being provided to the client; works with management to price the SLAs
Ensures all information required from new client is obtained, using Nathan Accounting Group forms and secured processes
Maintains Nathan Accounting Group client databases, adding new and revised client information to ensure the integrity of each database
Coordinates implementation and check-in meetings with new clients
Coordinates and/or conducts client training, as needed
Springboard:
Work with Springboard clients to prepare and monitor real time dashboards
Assists in researching, identifying and vetting software and other tools to meet unique Springboard client needs
Assists in the of video training for clients
Supports Springboard sales process
Participates in team weekly update meetings
Internal Department Support:
Develop a lunch + learn series for staff as well as ongoing programs for our monthly group meetings
Develop and distribute training videos and material for Company supported tools and resources for staff development
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; comfortable and effective communicating with clients and all levels of an organization
Proven customer service skills; ability to effectively work with clients and staff in fast-paced environment
Minimum of 6 years bookkeeping experience for the Client Coordinator
Ability to analyze client/staff needs to find process improvements and solutions
Education: 4 year Degree
Experienced in the following software, Required:
QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Cloud-based A/R, A/P software ()
Virtual Meeting Software (GoToMeeting, Skype for Business, Zoom)
Adobe Acrobat
CRM Software (Pipedrive and Zoho)
Experienced in the following software, Preferred:
Dashboards
Other accounting software (i.e., Xero, Sage)
Mail Chimp
Practice Management (i.e., ImagineTime)
CCH Axcess ? Document, Client Management, Fixed Assets
Inventory Management (i.e., SOS, Unleashed)
Employee/Contractor Expense software (i.e, Expensify)
Customer Relationship Management software (i.e., Act)
Additional Notes
Proficient in web-based research
Enthusiastically embraces new technology

Ability to easily shift priorities to meet new goals
Ability to work independently, with little supervision
