Employee assists the Executive Director with administrative & business duties. These include, but are not limited to, payables, receivables, payroll, insurance, filing, typing, etc.
Responsibilities :
Collections
Reception Duties
Monitors telephones
Greet Guests
Notify appropriate person when a guest needs a tour
Human Resource Services
Recruiting
Employee Onboarding
Employee Personnel & Medical Files
Employee Relations
Family Medical Leave Management
Unemployment Benefit Claims
Policy & Procedure Communication Link
Employee Out-Processing
Payroll
Review employee time clock records daily
Complete employee payroll hour's information & send to accounting
Payables
Scan & mail weekly packets to Axiom every Friday
Mail month end AP packets to Axiom no later than the 5th business day of every month
Qualifications :
Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
