Receptionist & HR Representative Job Opening in Capitol Heights, Maryland - We are looking for a Receptionist & Human Resource Representative to perform the following tasks:
Answering Phones
Greeting Guests
Helping Applicants Fill Out Applications
Helping New Hires Fill Out Paperwork
Deal Directly with Paychex Payroll & HR Provider
Directing Employees to the solution to their questions
Help Accounting with Invoice Collection, Ticket Collection
Help Accounting with Invoice Input
Contacting Field Supervision for Info regarding Invoices Such as missing tickets or classification details that are missing
Help with Making Copies and Scans
Handling Mailing Out Packages and Letters
And various other tasks
Wage and Benefits will commensurate with experience.
Must be Fluent in Spanish and English
Must have experience using Excel & Word as well as other general computer program knowledge
